摘    要:教师职业技能是教师在完成教育教学工作时所应具备的技能,它是一项系统而复杂的工程,需要高师院校通力合作,从课程设置、课外活动、实践环节等方面采取切实有效的措施,针对不同年级的学生确定不同的训练内容和方式。形成学校、二级学院、班级和学生个人“四位一体”的培育格局。

Abstract:Teachers' professional skills are the necessity for them to accomplish their mission. As a complicated project,it calls for the cooperation of teachers' training institute efficient measurements must be included in terms of curriculum, out class activities, and s. The practical exercises. Students of various grades should do different training with different methods so as to develop a four-in-one framework of school,sub-school, class,and students.
