| 摘 要： | 文章根据文献调查,对信誉、信用等概念进行辨析,提出科研信誉管理。从论文和课题两个方面,对国内科研信誉(信用)管理制度的建立及研究情况进行综述。以美国国家科学基金会(NSF)为例,简述了国外信誉管理的情况。
