| 摘 要： | 从过程控制系统的软、硬件配置,过程控制系统逻辑概念,信息流及功能分布,各层控制系统之间数据通讯和数据库的结构等五部分展开,研究了冷轧镀锌机组自动控制系统的技术特点,以及该系统通过机组工艺质量参数挖掘的优势改进各种轿车面板、家电板品种不合理或不经济的生产工艺,提高了产品质量异常的快速响应,避免了批量质量缺陷的发生.

| Abstract: | Technical features of automation control system in cold rolling galvanization unit is studied from the following five respects: disposition of soft and hardware of process control system,its logic concept,information flow and function distribution,data communication among levels of control system and data base structure.The advantages derived from unit technique quality data have improved the productive technology of various car plates and plates for home appliances.Thus,the response to abnormal production quality becomes quicker and mass defect is avoided. |
