摘    要:45#钢电机部件在热处理过程中部分工件发生开裂。为确定开裂原因,采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对工件热处理开裂的部分缺陷试样进行了观察和分析。结果表明:工件开裂部位位于板厚中心区域;由于试样中硫化物夹杂及磷元素的偏析,组织形貌上形成明显的偏析条带,造成该偏析带上材料力学性能下降,热处理应力导致工件开裂。

Abstract:The electric machine parts of 45# Steel crack in heat treatment.In order to find out the cause,parts of cracked wokpieces are studied by means of metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the cracks are near the center of slab thickness;the sulfide inclusions and phosphorus segregation result in segregated band in morphology and decreases mechanical property in heat treatment;thus,the cracked fracture is caused by the stress of heat treatment.
