从认识民间读书报刊的价值到图书馆的内部刊物搜藏

民间报刊是指没有公开刊号,也不能对外发行,只能在一定范围内传阅的刊物。从民间刊物到内部刊物,我们发现图书馆对这块文献资源收集存在着突出问题,分析其原因:一是出版信息不对称;二是对于内部刊物政策的误读;三是内部刊物所载文章学术质量遭到质疑,等等。最后建议,应加强对内部刊物的搜集,包括编制内部出版物目录,组织分工收藏内部出版物。

Talking the Conservation of Internal Publish Document: The Value of Private Magazine

Private magazine is a kind of unofficial journals run by(local,ordinary)people and only for internal exchange.This paper from the view of the value of private magazine talks about the library conservation of internal publish document,analyzes the reasons of the existing problems of internal publish document conservation,and gives suggestions on the conservation of internal publish document,including compiling catalog of internal publish document,strengthening division and cooperation conservation.
