民国南京政府时期的女性财产继承权问题

女性财产继承权是女性权利的核心问题。在1926年以前，女性一般没有财产继承权，女儿只有获得妆奁或父母赠与的权利；妻子只有夫故后，代幼子管理财产的权利。南京民国政府时期，经过各方努力，女性终于获得了相当的财产继承权。不过，法律规定与社会现实必然有相当的距离．如果社会经济状况和社会风俗没有发生根本改变，女性往往无法享有法律所规定的权利。

On Women's Property Right During the Nanjing Government Period

Property right is the key issue of women's right.Before 1926,the main way for a daughter to get property from her father was her dowry or parent's bestowal.A widow had no right to inherit the property of her late husband.She only had the right to manage and keep her youngest son's property.During the Nanjing government period,women gained their property right to a great extent through various struggles.However,there was a gap between law and reality;it was difficult for women to enjoy their rights granted by law,as long as the economic situation and customs of a society did not change foundamentally.
