论我国公务员职业生涯管理的现状与对策

摘    要:公务员既是党的路线、方针、政策以及国家法律法规的执行者和行政行为的主体,也是我国社会起主导作用的职业群体。作为特定职业群体,政府和公务员自身更需要关注职业生涯的开发与管理,分析研究公务员职业生涯开发与管理在早期、中期、晚期三个阶段中的有关问题,探求解决的方案与对策。

Abstract:Public official since is the corpus of the route,policy,policy of the party and the performance and the administration behavior of law laws in nation,also is the our country society have predominant function of occupation community;Conduct and actions particular occupation community,the government and public official's oneself even need to pay attention to the development and management of the occupation career,analysis research public official the occupation career the development and management is in the earlier period,middle,later period three stages of relevant problem,investigate to resolve of the project and the counterplan.
