| Abstract: | China rural areas have relatively stable teaching staffs in junior high schools and the teachers have been gradually improving their teaching skills. The structures of knowledge and teaching skills of the teachers need to be bettered, however, to meet the requirements of quality education, which has been officially advocated in China. This should be of great concern with the educational organizations of Chinese governments. |
