| 摘 要： | 通过阐述《中国改革》案所具有的深远意义来分析其中蕴涵的三项传媒法基本原则——“合理消息来源”原则、“公正评论”原则以及“豁免权”原则。这几项原则将会对我们的立法和司法实践对于言论自由的保护产生积极影响。
