| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the background of creation of information management platform in Kailuan letters and calls work, the main contents of the platform, the implementation process, the main work practices, platform functions and the stable working brought by using the platform. The development and use of information management platform in Kailuan letters and calls work is the transformation of the mode of letters and calls work, and the important content of enterprise to achieve stability and management innovation, and leading the way in the letters and calls system in our country. |
