| Abstract: | This paper tries to build a DEA model of the efficiency of talents cultivation.Through availability analysis,scale analysis and slack variable analysis of model's calculation results,and through projection analysis of non-effective decision making units,valuable conclusion is made,which provides a theoretical basis for improving talents cultivation system. |
