略论徐特立在“八办”期间的青年工作

抗日战争全面爆发后，党中央任命徐特立为八路军高级参议、驻湘代表，领导八路军驻湘办事处的工作。徐特立回湘后，一方面重视对国民党上层人物和民主党派人士的统战工作；另一方面。极其重视对各界青年的宣传发动工作：一、利用青年来访的机会，广泛宣传党的抗日方针政策，增强青年对抗日前途的信心；二、通过现身说法的演讲，激发青年的爱国热情，投入到抗日救亡运动中去：三、通过撰文、题词对青年学生在抗日救亡运动中的学习、工作进行引导；四、以自身真诚坦白、光明磊落、无私无畏的人格精神影响和感化曾被顽固势力利用的青年。

On Xu Teli's Youth Work During His Experience in Hunan Faculty of the Eighth Road Army

After the break out of anti-Japan war, Xu Teli was nominated as the senior consultant and representative in Hunan province, and directed the Hunan faculty of the Eightn Road Army. After Xu returned to Hunan, on one hand, he emphasized the union of senior leads of Guomin Party and democratic parties; on the other hand, he emphasized the publicity work to the youth of different fields. First, making use of the opportunities of the visit of young people, he publicized the anti-Japan policies and enhance the young people＇s confidence; second, through speeches, he promoted the patriotism of the young people and encouraged them to the anti-Japan movement; third, he gave directions to the young students through writing articles and epigraph; finally, he influenced the young people who were used by evil power with his honesty and generosity.
