| 摘 要： | 郭嵩焘上承“经世”，中主“洋务”，下启“维新”，为中国近代著名政治家、教育家、外交家。崎岖坎坷、风云变幻的人生，造就了他针砭时弊、拯救国家的政治思想，反对科举、倡导新学的教育思想和审时度势、主和避战的外交思想。

| Abstract: | Guo Songtao succeeded the thought of ＂administer affairs＂ in early fife, emphasized on ＂foreign affairs＂ in middle life, and advocated ＂innovation＂ in later fife. He was a famous statesman, educator and diplomat in the contemporary history of China. His life experience was uneven. His political thoughts included criticizing problems and saving the country. His educational thoughts were opposing imperial examination and advocating science. His diplomatic thoughts were cautious and peaceful. |
