高职院校学术委员会工作职能与保障机制探讨

高等院校一直以来，都存在行政权力和学术权力的博弈和争论，学术委员会作为学术权力的代表组织在管理学术性事物中发挥的作用微乎其微，在高职院校以实践为基础、以就业为导向的教育理念下，学术委员会的作用更是微不足道。本课题的研究目标，就是对学术委员会在高职院校管理体制中的工作职能以及作用发挥进行明确定位，对学术委员会的运行机制进行研究和探索，以期引起高职院校对学术委员会的高度重视，并在发挥职能作用的基础上，建立起合理科学的保障机制。

Research on the Working Funetion and Guarantee Meehanism of Aeademie Committee in Higher Voeational College

The game theory and discussion between administrative authority and academic authority have always been existing since higher vocational college came into being. As a representative organization of academic authority, the academic committee plays a minor role in academic administration affairs. With the educational conception of practical basis and employment-guidance in higher vocational college, academic committee plays especially little roles in it. With the purpose of arousing the enough emphasis on the academic committee in higher vocational college and establishing a reasonable and scientific guarantee mechanism on the basis of playing a functional role, the study is to give an explicit position for the working responsibility and function of academic committee in the management system of higher vocational college, to research and explore the operating mechanism of academic committee.
