| 摘 要： | 在分析IT产业国际竞争中信息技术转移、吸收和创新机理的基础上，对信息技术学习行为模型进行研究。重点探讨IT产业全球梯度转移格局下，企业IT转移与学习行为的影响因素，竞争与合作过程中的IT复制进化学习博奕关系；期望在增大IT产业转出方利益的同时，努力提高产业转入方的IT学习、吸收和消化能力，增强转入产业的根植性，尽可能地实现双方的合作共赢，从而为我国企业IT自主创新决策提供支持。
