摘    要:将通识教育和实践教学紧密结合,建设适应全校理工农科专业学生进行管理技能训练的跨学科训练平台——管理训练中心,培养学生的现代管理理念和基本管理技能。具体作法包括:学生根据各自兴趣选择相应的课程模块,中心聘请校内外具有丰富实践经验和学科技能的人员作为指导教师;课堂训练内容紧贴生活实际,通过案例进行启发式教学,学生现场模拟、互评和教师点评相结合;课下学生开展拓展学习,进一步深化对训练内容的理解和应用。

Abstract:By integrating general education with practical teaching,an interdisciplinary training platform for management skills training for the students majoring in science,technology and agriculture in the university,i.e.management training center,so as to train students’modern management concept and basic management skills.The specific practices include that students choose appropriate curriculum modules according to their interests,and the center employs staff with rich practical experience and discipline skills both inside and outside the university as instructors.The content of classroom training is closely related to the reality of life,and heuristic teaching is carried out through cases.Students’on-site simulation,mutual evaluation and teachers’comments are combined.After the class,students can expand learning and further deepen their understanding and application of training content.
