超疏水涂层制备与表征教学实验设计

摘    要:将科研成果中具有教学可行性的内容引入到本科实验教学中,设计了一个用溶液浸渍的方法制备氢化蓖麻油超疏水涂层的教学实验。通过对超疏水涂层的设计、制备和表征,让学生掌握超疏水表面形成的原理,学习了偏光显微镜、扫描电镜、光学接触角仪等仪器原理和操作方法。该实验操作简单,实验结果可视,涉及晶体学、表面科学、材料科学等知识。

Abstract:The content of teaching feasibility in scientific research achievements is introduced into undergraduate experimental teaching, and a teaching experiment on the preparation of the hydrogenated castor oil superhydrophobic coating by the solution impregnation method is designed. Through the design, preparation and characterization of the superhydrophobic coating, students can master the principle of superhydrophobic surface formation, and learn the principles and operation methods of the polarizing microscope, scanning electron microscope, optical contact angle meter and other instruments. The operation of this experiment is simple and the experimental results are visual. It involves knowledge of crystallography, surface science, materials science, etc.
