高校示范中心全方位绩效考核的探索与实践

摘    要:结合高校一流大学建设和示范中心建设,对员工绩效考核方式进行了研究,提出以年度全方位考核为核心的新的考评体系。实施结果表明,该体系显著改变了以往不顾质量、不看业绩、不重创新、墨守成规的局面,促进了学校实践教学教师各方面水平的提升,对示范中心建设和管理起到了积极的促进作用。

Abstract:Based on the construction of first-class universities and demonstration centers,this paper studies the ways of employee performance evaluation and puts forward a new evaluation system with annual comprehensive evaluation as the core.The implementation results show that the system has significantly changed the past situation of neglecting quality,performance,innovation and conformity,promoted the improvement of all aspects of teachers in practical teaching in the university,and played a positive role in the construction and management of the demonstration center.
