高校建设国家重大科技基础设施机制的探索与实践

摘    要:国家重大科技基础设施具有科研和工程的双重属性,建设技术难度大、周期长。结合浙江大学建设超重力离心模拟与实验装置国家重大科技基础设施的实践,对高校建设设施的机制进行了初步探索,阐述了设施预研、组织架构、运行机制、管理制度等方面的建设内涵与成效,对促进高校提高设施建设水平具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Major national science and technology infrastructure has dual attributes of scientific research and engineering,which is difficult to construct and has a long period of time.In combination with the practice of Zhejiang University in building the national major science and technology infrastructure for the hypergravity centrifugal simulation and experimental equipment,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the mechanism of university construction facilities,and expounds upon the connotation and effectiveness of the construction of facilities in terms of pre-research,organizational structure,operation mechanism and management system,which has a reference significance for promoting the improvement of the level of facility construction in colleges and universities.
