开尔文探针法研究PLED的阳极修饰

摘    要:在氧化铟锡上旋涂一层磺化聚苯乙烯掺杂的聚噻吩衍生物PEDOT用作阳极缓冲层,达到增强空穴注入、提高器件的发光效率的目的。该文分析了开尔文探针法测试材料功函数的原理,实验研究了氧化铟锡经过修饰后功函数的变化。

Abstract:A sulfonated polystyrene-doped polythiophene derivative PEDOT was spin-coated on indium tin oxide as an anode buffer layer to enhance the luminescence efficiency of devices by hole injection.The principle of Kelvin probe method for measuring work function of materials is analyzed,and the change of work function of indium tin oxide after modification is studied experimentally.
