蛋白质动态运动在生物化学实验中的教学实践

摘    要:将蛋白质动态运动观察运用于本科生物化学教学实验中。该实验利用G蛋白偶联受体内吞原理,结合绿色荧光蛋白和荧光蛋白显微成像技术,观察受体蛋白的内吞过程及其下游招募蛋白在细胞中的动态运动。该实验操作性强、结果清晰直观,拓展了生物化学本科教学实验内容,有助于学生更深刻理解蛋白质的运动特性及功能机制,并提高学生设计实验和进行综合性实验的能力。

Abstract:The observation of the protein dynamic movement is applied in undergraduate biochemistry teaching experiment.By using the principle of the G protein-coupled receptor endocytosis and in combination with the green fluorescent protein and fluorescent protein microimaging technology,the endocytosis process of receptor proteins and the dynamic movement of downstream recruiting proteins in cells are observed.This experiment has strong maneuverability and clear and intuitive results.It expands the teaching content of the undergraduate biochemistry experiments,helps students to understand the movement characteristics and functional mechanism of protein more deeply,and improves their ability to design experiments and carry out comprehensive experiments.
