摘    要:为了能够进行基于Kislter9272测力仪的切削力测量,设计了一种用于连接K11-130三爪卡盘和Kislter9272测力仪的法兰。首先利用三维建模软件对三爪卡盘和Kistler9272测力仪分别建模;然后设计了连接法兰的结构,并进行了虚拟装配;最后进行了验证性实验,验证了该连接法兰的有效性和准确性。

Abstract:In order to measure cutting force based on Kislter 9272 dynamometer, a flange structure for connecting K11-130 three-jaw chuck and Kislter 9272 dynamometer is designed. Firstly, three-jaw chuck and Kistler 9272 dynamometer are modeled by 3D modeling software. Then, the structure of connecting flange is designed and virtual assembly is carried out. Finally, the validity and accuracy of the connecting flange are verified by the experimental results.
