摘    要:采用压电式喷墨打印技术在柔性衬底上制备导电聚合物薄膜图案,导电聚合物(PEDOT)为喷墨打印墨水材料,柔性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜为柔性衬底材料。通过在疏水的PET衬底表面旋涂制备一层亲水的聚乙烯醇(PVA)薄膜,显著改变其表面的浸润特性,接触角由107°变为38°,改善了PEDOT液滴在其表面的铺展与干燥过程。调节喷墨打印参数以及PEDOT液滴间距,实现了喷墨打印PEDOT线型薄膜的线宽与厚度的精确可控。有助于学生理解喷墨打印原理,掌握喷墨打印技术制备电子器件的实验方法。

Abstract:Conductive polymer film pattern is prepared on flexible substrates by piezoelectric inkjet printing technology, and conductive polymer(PEDOT) is used as inkjet printing ink material and flexible polyethylene terephthalate(PET) film as flexible substrates. A hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) film is prepared by spin-coating on hydrophobic PET substrates, and the wetting properties of the film are significantly changed. The contact angle has changed from 107ο to 38ο, which has improved the spreading and drying process of PEDOT droplets on its surface. By adjusting the inkjet printing parameters and the droplet spacing of PEDOT, the linewidth and thickness of PEDOT linear films can be accurately controlled, which is helpful for students to understand the principle of inkjet printing and master the experimental method of preparing electronic devices by inkjet printing technology.
