摘    要:借助西门子SMPT1000实训装置和PCS7过程控制平台,在实验室内完成了催化工艺过程控制系统的仿真设计。重点阐述了反应器的进料控制系统、温度控制系统、液位控制系统、开车控制系统、压力控制和检测系统。运行结果表明,控制过程合理、有效且运行稳定,满足了用户需求。反应器的温度、压强和液位3个变量的合理配置能够提高产品浓度和累积量,控制策略具有很强的工业通用性和经济性。

Abstract:With the help of Siemens SMPT1000 training device and PCS7 process control platform, the simulation design of catalytic process control system is completed in the laboratory. The feed control system, temperature control system, liquid level control system, start-up control system, pressure control and detection system of the reactor are described in detail. The operation results show that the control process is reasonable, effective and stable, and meets the needs of users. Reasonable disposition of three variables of temperature, pressure and liquid level in the reactor can improve product concentration and accumulation, and the control strategy has strong industrial versatility and economy.
