| Abstract: | With the life science instrument sharing platform of Jilin University as an example and based on the working orientation of scientific research and laboratory technicians of the instrument sharing platforms, a hierarchical and quantitative evaluation mechanism and implementation criteria for scientific research and experimental technicians is established so as to improve the scientificalness and rationality of performance evaluation for scientific research and experimental technicians,and stimulate the enthusiasm of scientific research and experimental technicians. |
