摘    要:该文以吉林大学生命科学仪器共享平台为例,围绕着高校仪器共享平台科研实验技术人员的工作定位,建立了科研实验技术人员的分级量化考核机制及执行标准,旨在提高科研实验技术人员绩效考核的科学性和合理性,激发科研实验技术人员的工作积极性。

Abstract:With the life science instrument sharing platform of Jilin University as an example and based on the working orientation of scientific research and laboratory technicians of the instrument sharing platforms, a hierarchical and quantitative evaluation mechanism and implementation criteria for scientific research and experimental technicians is established so as to improve the scientificalness and rationality of performance evaluation for scientific research and experimental technicians,and stimulate the enthusiasm of scientific research and experimental technicians.
