摘    要:设计并实现了一套板料冲裁间隙网络虚拟实验系统,给出了系统开发流程。该系统分为理论学习、设备认知、实验演示、实验操作4个模块,采用网格切割及优化技术,将三角面片转化为四边形面片,使网格数据量大大减少。该系统具有良好的实时性、交互性、自主性和共享性,并且经济、安全、稳定,弥补了实体实验的不足,丰富了实验教学模式,提高了实验教学质量和效率。

Abstract:A virtual experiment system for sheet metal blanking clearance network is designed and realized, and the development process of the system is presented. The system is divided into the following four modules:theory learning, equipment recognition, experiment demonstration and experiment operation. The triangle patch is transformed into quadrilateral patch by using mesh cutting and optimization technology, which greatly reduces the amount of mesh data. This system has the good real-time interaction, autonomy and sharing, and is economical, safe and stable, which makes up for the shortcomings of physical experiments, enriches the experimental teaching mode, and improves the quality and efficiency of experiment teaching.
