基于校企深度合作的学生工程实践教育模式研究

摘    要:新一轮科技革命给世界工业发展带来了新契机,也对未来工程人才提出了新要求,系统思维、创新设计和实践技能等是卓越工程领军人才必须具备的工程素养。实践表明,上述工程素养难于通过课堂讲授获得,只能在实践中通过体验逐渐养成。该文以清华大学汽车工程系校企深度合作开展实践教育为背景,研究如何有效构建校企合作实践教学模式,从而实现培养具备工程素养的卓越工程领军人才的目标。

Abstract:A new round of scientific and technological revolution has brought new opportunities to the development of world industry and put forward the new requirements for future engineering talents.Systematic thinking,innovative design and practical skills are the engineering qualities that outstanding engineering leaders must possess.Practice shows that the above engineering literacy is difficult to obtain through classroom teaching,but it can be gradually cultivated through experience in practice.Based on the background of the university-enterprise deep cooperation in the Department of Automobile Engineering at Tsinghua University,this paper studies how to effectively construct the practical teaching model of the university-enterprise cooperation,so as to achieve the goal of training outstanding engineering leaders with engineering literacy.
