摘    要:依据教学质量保证体系构建的基本原则,聚焦发挥多元主体作用、质量监控的及时性与可靠性、质量评价的科学性与准确性等问题,构建了与学分制相适应的高职院校教学质量保证体系。该体系包括质量标准体系、质量保证组织体系、质量保证制度体系、质量评价体系、质量改进体系等。从完善组织与制度、优化管理系统、开展诊断与改进和打造质量文化4个方面介绍了教学质量保证体系的运行方案。

Abstract:According to the basic principles of the construction of teaching quality assurance system and based on the issues on the multi-subject role,the timeliness and reliability of quality monitoring,the scientificity and accuracy of quality evaluation,the teaching quality assurance system for higher vocational colleges which is adaptable to the credit system is constructed.This system includes the quality standard system,quality assurance organization system,quality assurance system,quality evaluation system,quality improvement system,etc.The operation scheme of teaching quality assurance system is introduced from the following four aspects:perfecting organization and system,optimizing management system,developing diagnosis and improvement and creating quality culture.
