摘    要:基于苯多羧酸的阴离子特性,建立了离子色谱电导检测器测定黑炭标志物——苯多羧酸含量的方法。采用IonPac AS11-HC阴离子色谱柱(4×250 mm),以KOH为淋洗液进行梯度洗脱,进样量为25μL、流速1.0 mL/min的条件下,测定热解碳经硝酸氧化后的产物中苯多羧酸的含量。结果表明6种苯多羧酸质量浓度在0.1~40.0 mg/L内线性良好,r^2≥0.997 9,检测限在0.016 50~0.069 08 mg/L之间,加标回收率在75.2%~101.0%,方法准确可靠。

Abstract:Based on the anion characteristics of phenylpolycarboxylic acid,a method for the determination of the content of the black carbon-derived benzene polycarboxylic acid by the ion chromatography conductivity detector is established.IonPac AS11-HC anion chromatographic column (4×250 mm) is used to determine the content of phenylpolycarboxylic acid in pyrolytic carbon oxidized by nitric acid under the conditions of gradient elution with KOH as eluent and injection volume of 25 μL and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The results show that the mass concentration of six benzo-polycarboxylic acids ranges from 0.1- 40.0 mgL^-1 with good linearity,r^2 ≥ 0.9979 ,the detection limit is from 0.01650 mg·L^-1 to 0.06908 mg·L^-1 ,and recovery rate of standard addition is from 75.2% to 101.0%.This method is accurate and reliable.
