新时代军队院校教学训练保障工作模式探索

With the advent of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, China’s national defense and military construction has entered a new period of development. Chairman Xi Jinping once stressed in his review of naval forces that in the course of the new era, efforts should be made to build the people’s navy into a world-class navy in an all-round way. To this end, military academies need to train a large number of high-quality military talents. Whether the quality of talent training can be guaranteed depends to a large extent on the implementation of teaching and training guarantee work. In the new era and new system, the guarantee of teaching and training in military academies must be based on the teaching needs with the teaching reform as the main line and with the quality and benefit as its orientation. The feasible management methods and guarantee measures should be explored upon in the transformation of working modes, so as to provide strong support for all teaching and training work in military academies.
