基于风力发电的电动变桨故障模拟系统设计

摘    要:以风电机组变桨距系统结构为依据,搭建了适用于实验研究的风电机组电动变桨故障系统实验平台。给出了系统结构、主要电路和实验流程。该实验平台由故障输入子系统和故障输出子系统两部分组成,能够进行电动变桨过程实验和变桨故障测试实验,使学生充分了解变桨原理,进行风电机组功率稳定输出、风速引起风力机受力不均匀载荷和降低变桨距系统故障率方面的学习和研究。

Abstract:Based on the structure of the variable pitch system of wind turbine,an experimental platform of the electric variable pitch fault system for the wind turbine is built,and the system structure,main circuits and experimental flow chart are presented.This experimental platform is composed of the fault input subsystem and fault output subsystem,and the electric variable pitch control process experiment and pitch control fault test experiment can be carried out,which enables students to fully understand the principle of pitch control,and to learn and research on the aspects such as the wind turbine power stable output,the wind speed causing wind turbine uneven load and the reduction of the pitch system failure rate.
