关于高等院校学科建设特点和评估指标的思考

本文从全系统的视角分析了高等院校学科建设的宏观特性，提出了高等院校学科建设评估指标体系的切入点，并基于此，提出了高等院校学科建设评估指标体系的六个一级指标和每个一级指标下的主要内容。

Consideration on the Characters of Discipline Construction and Its Assessment Index System

In this paper, we analyze the macroscopic characters of the discipline construction from the systemic viewpoint, and present the points of penetration for the establishment of the assessment index system. Six indexes of the first level indexes and some detailed contents for these indexes are proposed based on the above analysis.
