| 摘 要： | 目前 ,高校档案利用工作已成为高校档案工作的根本目的和中心任务。搞好档案利用有利于高校档案工作的全面发展 ,有利于发掘档案的利用功能 ,实现档案的使用价值 ,因此要加强档案馆 (室 )建设 ,重视档案利用工作。高校档案工作人员则要深入研究档案利用工作的理论和方法 ,转变传统的被动服务观念 ,以适应时代要求

| Abstract: | File utilization has now been of great importance and become the basic purpose and central task in colleges and universities.To do a good job of file utilization can benefit the overall development of files, help seek out their utilization function and realize their use value.Therefore ,the archives must be developed and file utilization stressed. Archivists in colleges and universities have to make a thorough study of the theory and methods in utilizing file and change their traditional concept of passive service so as to cater to the needs of the times. |
