| 摘 要： | 按《普通高等学校图书馆规程》条款，高校图书馆建设具有系统工程属性，强化服务职能是建设的重心，服务质量是评估的依据。四川高校图书馆应面对知识经济和社会发展，拓宽教育与信息服务职能，共建西部大开发的文献信息保障体系。
