科研机构研究生教育问题探析

科研机构独立承担研究生培养任务并具有学位授予权,是我国特殊历史背景下形成的社会现实。在特定的历史阶段,科研机构为我国高层次人才培养做出了重要贡献。随着时代的发展和研究生教育制度的逐步完善,性质、定位都与大学不同的科研机构在研究生教育上所体现的功能开始受到质疑。遗憾的是,目前针对科研机构与大学在研究生教育环境、条件、可能性等方面的差异,对如何进行资源的有效整合,保证我国研究生教育的质量和水平进行的研究还很不够。理清我国科研机构进行研究生教育的历史与现状,考察日本综合研究大学院大学与科研机构合作培养研究生的经验,能从制度构建方面为我国科研机构的研究生教育改革提供借鉴和参考。
