| 摘 要： | 设计制作了方便实用的圆形直流平面磁控溅射靶源。测量了铝靶面上的磁场分布，给出了靶电压和靶电流随氢气压的变化曲线。

| Abstract: | A convenient and useful target source of circular plane DC mangnetron sputtering is designed and made. The magnetic field distribution on Al target surface is measured.The various curves are given of the the target voltage and electric curves with sputtering gas(Ar)pressure. |
