| Abstract: | Reviewing the founding and developing of domestic and foreign universities scientific and technological garden leads to emphasis on group effects when developing universities scientific and technological garden. This paper also put forward countermeasure to the problem of hart to form group effects in developing Chinese universities scientific and technological gardens. |
