波尔山羊批量胚胎移植的研究

为了研究波尔山羊在华南地区的胚胎移植表现,促进福建省波尔山羊产业化发展,本试验对149只波尔山羊分别于2002年11月和4月进行超排处理,经过人工受精及自然交配而妊娠,并把获得的胚胎移植给奶山羊和福清山羊两种受体。统计分析结果表明,波尔山羊供体冬季平均采胚数和平均可用胚胎数比春季略高,其中青年羊冬季和春季获得的可用胚胎数之间差异不显著(P>0.05),而经产羊两个季节获得的可用胚胎数之间差异显著(P<0.05)。经产羊超排后平均获得胚胎数和平均可用胚胎数均极显著高于青年羊(P<0.01)。移植后奶山羊受体平均产羔率极显著高于福清山羊受体产羔率(1.579只,1.3只;P<0.01)。

Research on Large-scaled Embryotransfer of Boer Goat

To research the embryotransfer behavior of Boer goat in south China and promote the industrialization of Boer goat reproduction in Fujian province, 149 Boer goats were superovulated in November of 2002 and April of 2003, and artificially inseminated and naturally mated. The embryos obtained were transferred into Boer goat and Fuqing goat as recipients. The statistical analysis proved that the average number of embryos collected and transferable embryos from Boer goat donors in winter were respectively higher than that in spring. The number of transferable embryos obtained from virgin Boer goats in winter was insignificantly different from that in spring (P>0.05), while the average number of embryos collected and transferable embryos from post-parturition Boer goat donors were both significantly higher than that from virgin Boer goats (P<0.01). And the average lambing rate after embryotransfer in dairy goats was significantly higher than that in Fuqing goats (1.579 lambs and 1.3 lambs; P<0.01).
