| 摘 要： | 小型水库除险加固是近年来全国水利工程建设中的一个重要任务，如何搞好设计、施工过程管理，是水利工作者面临的一个新问题，本文从设计中应注意的几个问题入手，总结了施工过程中小型水库除险加固工程项目质量控制措施，为小型水库的除险加固提供了一定的指导意见。

| Abstract: | Dangers eliminating and reinforcing is one of the key tasks of the national water conservancy constructions in recent years.And it is a new problem in the face of the water conservancy workers to keep the process of design and construction under control.The quality control measures to danger eliminating and reinforcing items of medium and small reservoirs were summarized. |
