| 摘 要： | 在走访调查、座谈访问和对相关文献资料分析的基础上，探析了当前大学生体育权利所遭受的侵害，即实施行为在情形上具有模糊性，在实质上具有危害性，在侵权性质上具有多类别性等特征，揭示了生成此类症状的原因，从法律的视角，提出了有效预防和遏制侵犯大学生体育权利行为发生的建议。
