Institution: | Douglas C. Foyle is an assistant professor of government at Wesleyan University, where he specializes in international relations and U.S. foreign policy. He is currently working on a book examining how impending elections affect the manner in which leaders confront international threats. He received his Ph.D. from Duke University and is the author of Counting the Public In: Presidents, Public Opinion, and Foreign Policy (1999). |
