老旧沥青公路路面结构层水稳冷再生施工技术

摘    要:以老旧沥青公路路面结构层水稳冷再生施工技术为研究对象,通过分析水稳冷再生施工技术的应用原理和应用过程,得出路面结构层水稳冷再生施工技术在老旧沥青公路改造和修复施工应用时,具有工程量比较小、施工工期短、可大幅度节约成本等优势。但施工工序比较多,需对各道工序严格控制,以提升路面结构层水稳冷再生施工技术应用水平的结论。基于此,文章以固原市硝口村309国道为例,分析了此项技术的应用过程,并提出几点心得体会。老旧沥青公路路面修复难度较大,传统全部铲除再铺筑,费时费力。采用路面结构层水稳冷再生施工技术,可有效解决这一问题,既能恢复老旧沥青公路的性能,还能降低修复成本,值得大范围推广应用。

Abstract:Based on the water stable cold recycling construction technology of old asphalt road pavement structure layer as the research object,through the analysis of the application principle and application process of the water stable cold recycling construction technology,it is concluded that the water stable cold recycling construction technology has the advantages of small engineering quantity,short construction period,and can greatly save cost.However,there are many construction procedures,so it is necessary to strictly control each process to improve the application level of water stable cold recycling construction technology for pavement structural layer.Based on this,the article takes the 309 National Highway in the village of Xiaokou in Guyuan City as an example,analyzes the application process of this technology,and puts forward some experiences.It is very difficult to repair the old asphalt road surface.It is time-consuming and laborious to remove and pave the old asphalt pavement.This problem can be effectively solved by using water stable cold recycling construction technology of pavement structural layer,which can not only restore the performance of old asphalt highway,but also reduce the repair cost,which is worthy of wide application.
