摘    要:利用CCD代替人类视觉,通过合理的传输机构代替人类手臂,从而使用自动化设备实现球形果蔬的分类工作。基于这一思路,设计一种球形果蔬分类系统。该系统是一个嵌入式系统,主要由CCD传感器、STM32F427主控以及传输机构组成,通过模板匹配和特征检测技术将一种球形果蔬中符合条件的个体筛选出来,通过提高CCD精度及主控性能,可以用于多种球形果蔬分类场景。

Abstract:By using CCD instead of human vision and reasonable transmission mechanism instead of human arm,the spherical fruits and vegetables can be classified with automatic equipment.Based on this idea,a spherical fruit and vegetable classification system is designed.The system is an embedded system,mainly composed of CCD sensor,STM32F427 main control and transmission mechanism,through template matching and feature detection technology,the eligible individuals in a spherical fruit and vegetable were screened out.By improving the accuracy and main control performance of CCD,this system can be used in a variety of spherical fruit and vegetable classification scenes.
