| 摘 要： | 近年来药理学研究生的就业情况显示,药理学研究生培养存在诸多与社会经济发展不适应的地方。该文从导师和研究生两方面出发,对药理学研究生培养中存在的问题进行分析和探索,旨在为药理学研究生培养提供参考,使药理学研究生经过三年的培养,成为知识、能力、素质全面提高的综合型人才。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the employment situation of postgraduate students in pharmacology shows that there are many aspects in pharmacology postgraduate training that are not compatible with social and economic development.This paper analyzes and explores the problems existing in pharmacology postgraduate training from both tutors and postgraduate students,aiming to provide some strategies for the cultivation of postgraduate students in pharmacology,so that they can become comprehensive talents with improvement of knowledge,ability and quality after three years of training. |
