| 摘 要： | 实训教学是高职院校培训应用型人才操作技能的一个重要环节。公关实训课程的开发是对公共关系理论与实践相结合思想的具体贯彻,也是提升高职专业课教学质量的内在需要。实训课程开发与实践需要在实训理念、课程体系重构、实训资源整合优化、完善保障机制等方面进行总体设计。

| Abstract: | Practical teaching is an important part of training practical talents in higher vocational colleges.The development of public relations training course is the concrete implementation of the idea of combining public relations theory with practice,and also the internal demand of improving the teaching quality of professional courses in higher vocational colleges.The development and practice of training courses need to be designed in terms of training concept,curriculum system reconstruction,integration and optimization of training resources,and improvement of guarantee mechanism. |
