| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术的广泛使用对高校图书馆的读者服务工作提出了新的要求,如何利用现代化的手段高效率地为读者服务,成为图书馆读者工作的新课题。本文从工作转变、拓展领域、发挥职能、建立体系、提高素质等五个方面谈如何拓展读者服务。
