| Abstract: | Many of library people are haunted by the phenomenon of "Career Plateau".On the basis of"Career Plateau" theory,the author points out that personal efforts are key to cope with this phenomenon.The author also believes that the four strategies described by Rantze and Feller are solutions to overcome the phenomenon. |
