依法促进民办高校的持续发展

民办高校的发展进入了一个新时期,从学校内部来讲,除了提高教育教学质量和加强软硬件建设之外要依法明晰产权,完善法人治理结构;从学校外部来讲,需要进一步完善法律,明确政策,转变政府管理职能,优化社会环境,按照"民促法"及其实施条例促进民办高校的持续发展。

Promoting Continuous Development of Private Colleges on Law

Private colleges and universities are undergoing new forms of development. In addition to improving the educational quality and reinforcing facilities of software and hardware, we should clarify the property by law and perfect the judicial management frame; moreover, we need do more in clarifying the law and policy, transiting the manage function of government, bettering up the social situation and accelerating the continual development of private colleges according to "Law on the Promotion of Private Education".
