军队院校资金集中支付条件下银行账户管理数据灾备系统的构建

军队院校实行资金集中支付以来，资金管理数据高度集中，其安全形势更为严峻，尤其是在自然灾害面前，一旦出现数据丢失、毁损，后果不堪设想，为解决数据灾备问题，文章通过深入分析军队银行账户资金管理数据灾备现状，紧密结合军队院校银行账户资金管理特点，提出构建灾备系统思路，初步设计了构建方案，并对建成后的管理维护工作，提出安全管理措施。

Construction of Bank Account Data Disaster Back - up of Military Academies Capital Centralized Payment

If the data are damaged, the consequence is severe. So the data back - up is of great importance, This paper analyzes the current situation of the data back - up. Then we propose the route of the construction of bank account data disaster back - up system and draft a scheme with the consideration of characters of the military academies capital management. Finally, the governance and maintain of the system are discussed.
