| Abstract: | Teaching secretary plays an important role in teaching management in universities.Aiming at the work status of teaching secretary on their heavy tasks,pressure,low pay,difficult promotion,etc.the author puts forward some recommendations for improvement,such as establishing the concept,creating an atmosphere,implementing incentives,making sound system,providing an opportunity and clarifying the way out. |
